The Olde Towne Nipomo Association has generously been giving back to our quaint small community for many years.   Twenty years ago they started the tradition of a traveling Santa’s Sleigh Parade.    They would always finish the evening handing out goodies and presents to all local kids who participated.

BStronglife loved the idea of gathering family and tradition for the Christmas season and in 2017 began a newer version of the Olde Towne Nipomo Association Christmas event.   BStronglife is proud  to work alongside  the Olde Towne Nipomo Association and community volunteers to feature this updated version of what has been a long time beloved family event.     BStronglife is happy to present Olde Towne Nipomo Family Christmas and the featured Tree Lighting Ceremony  and sing-a-long together with a bigger and brighter Christmas Parade that finishes with the star of the show-Santa on the Jim Tefft Memorial Sleigh!

This year due to  COVID restrictions all Olde Towne Nipomo Family Christmas activities will be limited to a Live-Stream event from the Christmas Markeplace Plaza at the corner of Tefft and Thompson Road.

Santa’s Sleigh Sponsor – $500 – As a Santa Sleigh Sponsor your company or business would be featured on a parade banner at the front of the Santa Sleigh Float. Santa’s sleigh is the prime feature and anchor of the parade and the arrival of Santa at the Christmas Marketplace signals the beginning of the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony.
• Large Banner (8 feet long by 3 feet tall) carried in the parade by Santa’s elves displaying the name and logo of your business.

Entertainment Stage Sponsor–$500 Level.

 As the entertainment stage sponsor your business, family or church would receive recognition with signage at the stage area and publicity mentions and monies would be applied toward the purchase of sound and stage equipment and Christmas décor. Benefits Include: (SOLD)
• Exclusive naming for the Entertainment Stage (name mentions from 2pm to close of the event) A designated emcee will be speaking from this stage periodically from open to close of the event.
• VIP Seating at the Tree Lighting Ceremony (at the Entertainment Stage)

Christmas Marketplace Sponsor-$250 level. As the Christmas Marketplace Sponsor your business, family or church would receive recognition with signage at the entrance of the Christmas Marketplace and publicity mentions. Monies would be applied towards the purchase of décor, power supply, grounds maintenance, etc. Benefits Include:
• Free booth for your family or business in the vendor area
• VIP seating for your family or business for the Tree Lighting Ceremony
• Recognition by event speakers at the podium

Santa’s Village Sponsor- $300 level. As the Santa’s Village Sponsor your business, family or church would receive recognition with signage to the entrance of Santa’s “Candyland” village, and publicity mentions. Monies would be applied towards the purchase of lighting and décor. Benefits include:
• Signage at the entrance to Santa’s Candyland Village
• (1) Professional photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus at Santa’s Candyland Home

Snowfall Sponsor – $200 level (Each Machine is $200 each) 3 Snowfall machines are available. Two for the Entertainment stage and one for Santa’s Village. Benefits Include:
• Signage in the area with business logo and name.
• Mentions in publicity materials and at the event.

Live Nativity Sponsor- $150 level. As a Live Nativity Sponsor your church, family or business would be featured with signage at the entrance to the performance area. Your contribution would help towards the purchase of lights, décor and staging for the area. The sponsor would have total creative license to set up the décor for the Nativity area and coordinate all performances with performers,live animals, etc. (This is not required of the sponsor. The sponsor may appoint another church or group to coordinate the performances.)
• Signage in the area with business logo and name.
• Mentions in publicity materials and at the event.

S’more Pit Sponsor – $100 level. As a S’more Pit Sponsor your business, family or church would be featured with signage at the entrance to the performance area. Your contribution would help towards the purchase of lighting and décor for the area. (As a sponsor for this area you may be asked to make additional purchases of s’more supplies and wood, and supply volunteers to assist patrons with s’more making.) Benefits Include: (SOLD)

• Mentions in posters and all publicity materials.

 

Chapel Sponsor – $500 level. As a Chapel Sponsor your business, church or family would be featured with signage at the entrance to the Chapel (A special marquee specially designed with name, logo, with a listing of all performance times and participants in the Chapel entertainment.) All monies would be applied towards décor, lighting and sound for the chapel. The sponsor may be asked to assist in décor prep for the event, but not required. Your benefits include:
• Special chapel marquee with name of sponsor/logo, etc.
• VIP seating in all Chapel performances
• Mentions in publicity materials and at the event.

How is Your Donation Money Applied?

Community Tree Gold Sponsorship $1000
Your $1000 gift will be applied towards the cumulative donations of many individuals, families and businesses to purchase the 20 foot tall commercial Giant Sequoia tree. This artificial tree is crafted of a powder coated steel frame with weatherproof foliage and extra durable professionally strung white LED lights. Additionally, funds will be used to purchase ornaments, and pay for costs of shipping and storage.

Santa Sleigh Sponsorship $500 
Your contribution of $500 will be applied towards any permit fees, street closure costs, and any setup or cleanup costs and any parade costs incurred by the Olde Towne Nipomo Family Christmas host organization BStrongLife Campus Clubs.

Reindeer Sponsorships $200
Your contribution of $250 will go towards any costs incurred by the Olde Towne Nipomo Family Christmas host organization BStrongLife Campus Clubs for the setup of equipment, lighting, platforms, cleanup, setup and Christmas décor purchases to cover the entire Olde Towne Family Christmas event. There will be a total of 8 Reindeer Sponsorships available.

Entertainment Stage – $500 
Your contribution of $500 will go towards any costs incurred by the Olde Towne Nipomo Family Christmas host organization BStronglife campus clubs for the purchase of staging, lighting, sound, and décor needed to set up and tear down of the Entertainment Stage.

Chapel Entertainment – $500
Your donation of $500 will goes towards the purchase of smaller artificial trees, artificial boughs, Christmas lights, and general Christmas décor to decorate the historic Olde Towne Nipomo Chapel for the Christmas event. The Chapel will remain open throughout the event and many talented musicians and singers will be providing musical entertainment for the whole family.

Christmas Marketplace Sponsor $250
Your donation of $250 will goes towards the purchase of grounds maintenance, lighting, sound, generators and any other items needed for the vendor area. Also, any costs incurred by the Olde Towne Nipomo Family Christmas host BStrongLife Campus Clubs to create, maintain, setup and/or teardown of the Christmas Marketplace area, will also be covered by your generous donation.

Live Nativity Sponsorship –$150
Your donation of $150 will be applied to general yard maintenance and cleanup for the outdoor garden event and will also go towards lighting, sound and general Christmas décor. This telling of the original Christmas story features live entertainers, children and teen performers, and live animals. This beautiful Live Nativity event will be located in the Historic Chapel Garden area.

Create-A-S’more FirePit Sponsorship – $100
Your donation of $100 will go towards the purchase of lights and décor for the FirePit area. The sponsor may also supply the chocolate, graham crackers, marshmallows, roasting forks and other items needed for this family fun experience. The Create-A-S’more FirePit is located within Santa’s Candyland Village area.

Santa’s Candyland Village Sponsorship – $300
Your donation of $300 will go towards the construction, assembly and purchase of décor for the Santa Candyland Village and Santa house. Hundreds of children and their families come through the village getting photos with Santa, exploring Gingerbread houses and Lollipop Lane, making arts and crafts and enjoying free hot dogs and cookies provided through the Nipomo Lions Clubs.

SnowFall Sponsorship- $200 each (2) sponsorships available

Your contribution of $200 (each machine) will go towards the rental of one of two Snow Fall machines which will be used in Christmas Marketplace area and Santa’s Candyland Village. Emcees will be announcing periodically throughout the evening of “a snowfall event”. Each snowfall event will last approximately 5 -7 minutes.
Finally, any monies remaining from the sponsorships will go back into the community through the many community projects and services provided by the BStronglife non-profit organization.
